Brian D. Sims

Brian earned his B. A. degree in economics from The University of Virginia, in Charlottesville, VA in 1995, and was awarded his J. D. degree by the Harvard Law School in 1998. Brian is a member of the Florida, New York and Maryland bars.
Brian lives with his wife, Jane, and their three children in Baltimore County. Committed to maintaining a strong involvement in community leadership and service, Brian serves on the Board of Art with a Heart, a non-profit dedicated to enhancing the lives of underserved populations in Baltimore through visual arts.
