Felicia joined our team in 2021 and is now the paralegal overseeing Insurance Trust Administration. She graduated from the Community College of Baltimore County with an Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice. She interned at the States Attorney’s office in the Felony Division while obtaining her degree. Felicia is an artist, who in her spare time paints beautiful creations. You can find her being as colorful as can be to reflect her amazing personality.
